Queen Elizabeth National Park fees at a glance
UWA charges park entry per 24 hours and adds separate lines for vehicles, game drives, the Kazinga Channel boat, Kyambura chimpanzee tracking, guides and camping. The categories are foreign non-resident, foreign resident, citizen of another African country and East African citizen. Foreign visitors pay in US dollars, East African citizens in Ugandan shillings (UGX).
The amounts on this page are the UWA tariff for July 2024 to December 2026. Check the current amount before you book. With a tour, the listing says whether the permit and the park fees are included. Rates can change after that, so a trip in 2027 may cost more than the table shows.
